By Every Family’s Got One Founder — Barbara Herel
From auditions to workshops to show day, we’ve had so much fun. Check out these photos from Neil Kramer – they really capture the essence of the evening.
(And if Neil looked familiar as he walked around the audience that’s because he told a story about his childhood nickname in last year’s Every Family’s Got One show.)
Many thanks to our 2019 Cast.
You were perfection. It was obvious from the very first workshop that everyone was fully invested in making their story the best it could be as well as your cast members’ stories.
That care and dedication showed. The audience ate up every single word. Each of you shined.
Many thanks to our 2019 Production Team.
Neil Kramer! Thank you for sharing your many talents. You make me happy just knowing you.
Michael Chow of Michael Chow Media thank you again for your video and audio expertise and being an all-around great guy to work with.
Special thanks to…
Dawn Nagle of Dawn Nagle Gallery for being my best friend, and designing our spectacular program in what seems like seconds. (How do you do that?)
Thank you Shamina Rao for being an awesome part of my family, and creating our logo.
Donna Schlessinger for introducing to me to the fine folks at My Father’s Place.
My Father’s Place for allowing us to grace your legendary stage.
And thank you, Audience!
One of my favorite parts of the evening was my pre- and post-show table hopping.
You are a dedicated, lively, and vocal bunch. (Say it with me “Bomb Cyclone!”)
It made my heart explode, in the best of ways, seeing so many friends and family, including last year’s EFGO storyteller Maria Adcock, along with many new faces, now new friends.
And for those of you who couldn’t make it, thank you for your well wishes. Your love was palpable.
Once again thank you one and all for your support. You are the absolute best.
And if all this wasn’t enough to celebrate…
today is my wedding anniversary! I have been married to Tony Mennuto, my co-producer and love of my life, for 15 years.
It’s been a joyous experience creating this community of people who love sharing and hearing family stories – and Tony has been by my side from the very start (and then some).
Let’s keep in going!
Stayed tuned for more Every Family’s Got One — audition and show announcements coming soon.
